主要从事基于细菌/细胞的生物活性材料用于肿瘤免疫调节和肿瘤精准治疗；探索点击化学在生命系统中分子成像和药物传递的应用新场景；民族药来源的抗肿瘤药物的肿瘤靶向递送。已在ACS Nano，ACS Central Science，Advanced Materials，Nature Biomedical Engineering，Small等核心期刊发表论文11篇。
